My only suggestion would be not to get ahead of yourself and make sure you experiment with cutting out dairy sufficiently before you introduce a new factor into the mix. Anyway, that's something you can try but I can't guarantee it'll work for you or anyone else. And there hasn't been one time I've had one where I didn't eat dairy without Lactaid a day before. There hasn't been even one time when I didn't get a cystic pimple when I've slipped up.
